Adopt Cambodia is a free pet adoption platform operated by Cambodia Humane Society, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation (EIN 33-4632270). Our platform connects adopters with shelters and rescuers across Cambodia at no cost to either party.
By using Adopt Cambodia you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to pet adoption and animal welfare. You must not:
Shelters and rescuers may submit listings free of charge. We review all submissions before publishing. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing that does not meet our guidelines or appears to conflict with animal welfare principles.
We do not guarantee response times or listing publication dates. We will contact you before publishing to confirm details and request a photo if needed.
Adopt Cambodia facilitates connections between adopters and shelters. We are not a party to any adoption agreement and do not guarantee successful adoptions. All adoption terms, conditions, and fees (if any) are set by the individual shelters and rescuers, not by us.
By submitting photos or text to Adopt Cambodia, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating adoption. You confirm you have the right to submit such content.
All other content on the platform, including design, text, and logos, belongs to Cambodia Humane Society unless otherwise stated.
Adopt Cambodia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or outcomes of adoption arrangements made through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
